- En forening for kreftpasienter, tidligere kreftpasienter, pårørende og etterlatte i Sør Hedmark. En hånd å holde i er en uavhengig forening som favner alle krefttyper. Vi ønsker å bidra til at hverdagen blir litt lettere for de mange som blir rammet av kreft.
