- 20-40 har som overordnet målsetting å være en profesjonell interesseorganisasjon for arbeidstakere mellom 20 og 40 år i Harstad. Foreningen skal jobbe med å gjøre Harstad en mer attraktiv by for denne aldersgruppen gjennom å være et sosialt og faglig nettverk. I tillegg skal foreningen ta i mot nye arbeidstakere i byen og markedsføre byen positivt.
