- Tar opp saker av felles interesse for medlemmene, og arbeider for bygda Hilleshamns sosiale og fysiske miljø. Bygdelaget skal ivareta stedets interesser som et hørings- og samarbeidsorgan overfor kommunen og andre offentlige instanser. Bygdelaget skal også sørge for at vi har et Grendehus der bygdas innbyggere kan samles.
