- OUL er eit frilynt lag der barn og ungdom driv med meiningsfylte og allsidige fritidsaktiviteter. Arbeid i samsvar med prinsipprogram i Noregs UL. Laget skal legge vekt på samarbeid med andre ungdoms.lag og fylkeslag i NUL.for å styrke sams kulturelle og økonomiske formål.
