- Enheten er en partipolitisk, uavhengig frivillig organisasjon. Organisasjonens formål er innsamling av økonomisk støtte til utvikling av psykiske helsetjenster i det nordvestlige Pakistan. I tillegg vil det bli arbeidet med faglig utveksling innen det samme virksomhetsområdet.
